Collaboration with Aso College Group (1): Event Participation
We participate in career events such as “Oshigoto Stadium” hosted by Aso College Group as well as joint classes and roundtable discussions with with ASO Professional School, to directly convey the appeal of the industry and the rewards of the work to students. In addition, we accept workplace visits from ASO Pop Culture Professional Training College and High School, contributing to career choices and motivation to learn by allowing students to see actual production sites.
Professional creators who are active in the field teach special classes at ASO Pop Culture College and ASO Professional School. Our creators lecture at each school, teaching students about the techniques, ways of thinking, and realities of the field. This practical learning, which connects the classroom with the field, deepen students' understanding and support their future career development.
As members of the School Stakeholder Evaluation Committee and Curriculum Development Committee at ASO Pop Culture College, we provide insights from the production field to help ensure that the practical skills and abilities required by the industry are reflected in the educational curriculum. In the rapidly changing content industry, we view this collaboration as essential to bridging the gap between school education and professional practice, and we provide ongoing advice accordingly.
We share the techniques and ways of thinking cultivated in the production field through a regular series in the specialist magazine CGWORLD. The series provides readers with a wide range of information, including specific workflows, production environments, tools used, and troubleshooting techniques. By sharing practical knowledge with students aiming to become professionals, young creators, and educators, we contribute to passing on skills within the industry.
At our talk event Talk:Q , our creators—including our representative and on-site team members— speak candidly about their work in the industry, their motivations, challenges and career paths. The event takes the form of lectures and roundtable discussions, providing students and job seekers with a realistic understanding of the industry. We plan to continue holding this event in the future as a platform for sharing the current state of the industry.
